Product Description：

Pectin exists in the cell walls of all plant tissues and is a substance that connects cells. Pectin is particularly abundant in citrus peel (≈ 30 wt%); Its commercial sources also include apples, spinach, beets, and other fruits and vegetables. Pectin is mainly used as a gel or filler in jellies, jams, desserts, candies and other foods, and as a stabilizer for fruit juice and milk drinks.
