Product Description：

Food grade trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate

1. It can improve the metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food. It can improve the binding force and water holding capacity of food.
2. Food-grade trisodium phosphate can be used in cheese with a maximum usage of 5 g/kg; the most important usage of 3.0 g/kg in Western-style ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab; and 0.5 g/kg in canned, juice, beverage and dairy products.
