Description:
White powder or granular or flakes, easily soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvents.
Application:
For industrial use, SHMP is mainly used in oil field, paler-making, textile, dyeing, petrochemical industry, tanning industry, metallurgical industry and building material industry. It is mainly used as a water softening agent in solution for printing, dyeing and boiler; diffusant in paper making; slow corrodent, floating agent, dispersing medium, high temperature agglomerate, detergent and soil analytical chemistry reagent.

√ Sodium hexametaphosphate is used in meat products, fish sausages, hams, etc. to increase water retention, increase knot, and prevent fat oxidation;
√ Sodium hexametaphosphate is used in soybean paste and soy sauce to prevent discoloration, increase viscosity, shorten the fermentation period, and adjust taste;
√ Sodium hexametaphosphate is used in fruit drinks and refreshing beverages to increase juice yield, increase viscosity and inhibit vitamin C decomposition.
√ The use of sodium hexametaphosphate for ice cream increases swelling capacity, increases volume, enhances emulsification to prevent cream damage, and improves mouthfeel and color;
√ Sodium hexametaphosphate is used in dairy products and drinks to prevent gel precipitation;
√ Adding sodium hexametaphosphate to beer can clarify the liquor and prevent turbidity;
