Product Description:

Gelatin Gelita is an important ingredient and additive in the food industry. Because of its gelling, foaming, emulsifying and bonding functions, gelatin is most commonly used as a gelling agent, stabilizer, emulsifier, thickener and clarifier in the production of candy, jelly, meat products, cakes, ice cream, beer, juice, etc.

Product  Applications :

1. More than 60% of gelatin is used in the candy industry. For example, toffee, meringue, marshmallow, fruit candy, crystal flower candy, gummy candy and other soft candies.

2. In frozen foods, gelatin can be used as a jelly agent, often used to make table jelly and jelly. Gelatin can be used as a stabilizer in the production of ice cream and popsicles.

3. Dairy products: Edible gelatin in dairy products mainly plays the role of preventing whey precipitation, protecting casein, stabilizing foam, etc.

4. Beverages: Edible gelatin is particularly suitable for clarifying red wine, beer and apple juice, which can improve the transparency of the product

5. Meat product improver: Gelatin is used as a water retaining agent, so water will not be lost in large quantities.

elatin often packed in 25kg carft paper bag, 18mt/20'fcl. 

Store in dry, clean and cool place. Avoid open air, damp, be heated, exposing in the sun.
