Product Description：

Chemical Name: Ferrous Sulfate

Molecular Formula: FeSO4·7H2O, FeSO4·nH2O

Molecular Weight: 278.02 (Heptahydrate)

Character: Pale, blue-green crystals or granules that are efflorescent in dry air. In moist air, it oxidizes readily to form a brown-yellow, basic ferric sulfate. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.

Usage: Used as a nutrient, fruit, and vegetable chromogenic reagent.

Product Applications :

1.Used for making iron salt, iron oxide pigment, mordant, water purification agent, preservative, disinfectant, etc.

2.It can be used as antianemia drug, local astringent and hemostatic agent for chronic blood loss caused by uterine fibroids. Analytical reagents and raw materials for ferrite;

3.Iron fortifiers as feed additives;

4.It can be used as a pesticide in agriculture to control wheat smut, scab of apples and pears, and rot of fruit trees. Edible grade as a nutritional supplement, such as iron strengthening agent, fruit and vegetable coloring agent.

5.It can also be used as a fertilizer to remove moss and lichens from the trunk. It is a raw material for the manufacture of magnetic iron oxide, iron oxide red and iron blue inorganic pigments, iron catalyst and polyferric sulfate.

6.In addition, it is also used as a chromatographic analysis reagent.
